Andromaca scropper

The ANDROMACA scropper machine has been designed to remove the crust from the sole, adjusting the thickness of the shavings.

It is used in cubing and/or slicing lines (cubes, snacks, single portions, bars of soap, strips, bars, slices, etc.) in combination with our ECUBA CMP or ASIA peeling machines.

Designed with versatility, ergonomics, and ease of sanitation as objectives, the peeling machine meets all European hygiene and safety standards.

Our peeling machine can operate both in stand-alone mode and integrated with other machines.

A dedicated version for fully automated island installations is available.
