Ecuba plus slicer

The ECUBA PLUS slicer is designed to divide the mold into discs, which will feed the downstream machine (slicer, dicer, flaker) and obtain the portions requested by the customer.

The solid structure and the use of state-of-the-art components improve cutting precision, energy efficiency, and the management of usage counters for the various parts of the machine allows setting alert thresholds, facilitating the management of ordinary maintenance.

A solid structure and state-of-the-art components allow optimizing cutting flatness and reducing wear on mechanical parts.

It can work stand-alone or in combination with the CRISEIDE slicer for wedge cutting lines (portions, slices, cheese tips), with the NEON Dicer and more.
