Wedge cutter criseide
The CRISEIDE wedge cutter is designed to divide cheese wheels (or discs) or half wheels into wedges of different weights and shapes, according to the customer’s specifications.
A solid structure and latest generation components allow to optimize the percentage of good weight and reduce the wear of mechanical parts.
It can operate as a stand-alone unit or in combination with a disc cutter (models ECUBA PLUS or ASIA) for complete cutting lines producing wedges, portions, slices, or cheese tips.
