Neon cube cutter

The NEON cube cutter  is designed  to cut discs, half shapes or cheese forms into single portions with different weights and shapes, according to customer requests.

The machine is designed to ensure quick and easy sanitization and maintenance, while ensuring high productivity.

A solid structure and latest generation components allow the cutting precision and optimization of energy consumption.

It can work stand alone or in combination with a disc cutter (ECUBA CMP or ASIA models) for complete cubing and/or slicing lines (cubes, bars, sticks, slices, etc.)
